Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RealExams (the “Service”). By creating an account, or by using a Workspace’s RealExams deployment, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RealExams provides online exam authoring, delivery, scoring, and behavioral learning analytics for schools, tutoring academies, and individual teachers (“Workspaces”) and their invited students. Students can also use it on their own: free IELTS mock tests, the paid Pro pass, and Expert marking of their Writing.

Accounts

  • You’re responsible for keeping your credentials or Google sign-in secure.
  • A Workspace admin controls who’s invited into their Workspace, what role they hold (student, teacher, or admin), and can remove access at any time.
  • Self-registration may be open or closed per Workspace; even where it’s open, the Workspace admin can still deactivate an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass or disable the exam runner’s timing, autosave, or behavioral-capture features;
  • use the Service to facilitate cheating on an exam it wasn’t configured to allow;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond normal, intended use;
  • upload content, via the AI test-import feature or otherwise, that you don’t have the rights to use.

Free tests

Tests 1–20 are free: the Listening and Reading papers of a full IELTS mock, marked automatically, with your overall band from Listening and Reading shown when you finish. You can take a free test without an account; seeing every answer and keeping your results needs a free account.

RealExams Pro

  • Pro is a 30-day pass to every paid test on RealExams, with full answers and results.
  • You pay once. Pro does not renew automatically: when the 30 days end, access to paid tests stops until you buy another pass. Nothing is charged without you paying again.
  • The price is 79 000 so'm. Passes bought up to and including 31 December 2026 cost the launch price of 50 000 so'm.
  • The price you see before you pay is the price you are charged.

Expert marking

Expert marking is a paid check of your IELTS Writing by a qualified IELTS examiner. You choose one check per answer:

  • Writing Band Check (79 000 so'm): One essay: your estimated overall and criterion bands, and what holds your score back.
  • Task 2 Diagnostic (149 000 so'm): One Task 2 essay marked in detail, with corrections and your top three fixes.
  • Full Writing Diagnostic (269 000 so'm): Task 1 and Task 2 marked in detail, with a personal action plan.

Your marked answer comes back within 48 hours of your payment. The exact contents of each check are shown before you pay.

The band you receive is an independent estimate, not an official IELTS score. It can’t be used as proof of your English level. RealExams is not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Council, IDP: IELTS or Cambridge University Press & Assessment; IELTS is their registered trademark.

Your estimated band shows how that essay would be marked. It doesn’t guarantee your score on test day. In the real exam, time pressure, stress, handwriting or test-centre typing, and an unfamiliar question can all lead to a different result, often a lower one. Use your estimate to guide your practice, not to predict your official score.

Plans for teachers and learning centres

  • The Teacher plan, for a teacher working on their own, costs 149 000 so'm for 30 days. Like Pro, you pay once and it does not renew automatically.
  • Plans for learning centres are agreed with us and invoiced in so’m. A new learning-centre Workspace starts with a 14-day trial and then falls back to the Free plan’s limits unless a plan is arranged.
  • Plan limits and seat caps are as shown in the product at the time you buy, and may change with notice.

Payments

All prices are in Uzbek so’m. You pay through Payme or Click, on their own payment page and under their own terms. RealExams never sees or stores your card number.

Refunds

  • Expert marking: if a paid check isn’t returned within 48 hours of your payment, or your answer can’t be marked, you get a full refund on request.
  • Pro: you get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of paying and haven’t started a paid test.
  • Other payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
  • To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] from your account’s email address. Refunds go back through Payme or Click, to the card or wallet you paid with.

Content & data ownership

Workspaces and their teachers own the test content they author. Students own their own submitted answers, subject to their Workspace’s own policies (a school may, for example, require answers stay visible to its instructors). RealExams is granted only the rights needed to host, process, and display this content in order to deliver the Service — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data specifically.

AI features

The AI test-import feature sends uploaded materials to Google’s Gemini API to help build a test. Review AI-generated content before publishing it — RealExams doesn’t guarantee its accuracy.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee it. RealExams is an actively-developed product, and features may change as it evolves.

Termination

A Workspace admin can close their Workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealExams is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
